The Masseys succeeded in getting the Old Girl’s stern plate back home to Coronado CA! Judy Massey said her back was sore hauling that piece of steel all the way back but she did it! Then Lance got the job of first reinforcing the garden wall and then hanging the stern plate in the most appropriate place one could ever think of! Well done to all the MASSEY shipmates who made this possible. Here’s the proof that it is safe and secure.
